At Lund Martial Arts, we believe self-defense knowledge and training should be available to every woman in our community. That’s why we provide #StrongWomenWednesdays, a free weekly class for women that combines fitness and self-defense from a martial arts perspective.
Do you know a strong woman? Bring a friend, mom, aunt, grandma, or daughter and stop in at 7:30pm any Wednesday for a great workout with the strong women in your life, or join us on your own and meet new friends every week! This class is open to women ages 18+ (14+ if accompanied by an 18+ relative). Drop-ins welcome, or call the number below to reserve your spot.

What should I wear?
You can wear comfy workout clothes. This is a no-shoes class. Bring a water bottle!
What will I do in class?
Overall fitness is critical for self-defense, so get ready to move during our strength and fitness exercises. You will learn martial arts self-defense techniques, such as how to defend against an attack while standing or from the ground, as well as the best high-leverage attack maneuvers for women.
